here is a self-installer Kvako posted.
Just install it into your gore folder.

If you install it into a new folder, then you can rar that folder -> then you will have your rar file

when its downloaded just doubleclick on the .exe file
choose your gore folder as destination map and install.
overwrite is "yes"

then you should have all maps
