You have a virus, If you are using free virus software like Avast you need to either buy the full version or buy another full version anti-virus program. A virus has infected the registry on your hard drive. Also download some malware. Here is a link to a good free malware:

but iam using windows 7 ultimate 64 bits

but i have a program called advanced system care with antivrius 2013

ok i scanned i got 9 viruses i saw it but now how i can remove cuz i made quick scan

You need to do a full system scan, quarantine all the items them delete them. Then restart your computer. Get the anti malware like I suggested also, if you have 9 viruses you almost certainly have malware.
