Hello guys I need help when I open my pc it says windows is loading files then it takes me to start repair and there it says windows start repair cannot fix the computer completely and I cannot see my screen desktop I need help

I would do:
copy all files to external hard disc.
then simply format and re-install OS.

I think Gele means "Transfer all PERSONAL files" to hard or other backup disc/flash/dvd etc..

Not all files on your PC...

(Just in-case Gele....)
