| If you just want to use scumbag and other playermodels on your server, because on other public servers you can not play with them, only at peakypounder. then just make your server, type remoteadmin 1 login developerpassword debug 1then you can play with all playermodels from the monsters folder.then you can type: playermodel "scumbaglevel1" for example You can also debug the game via your server.cfg file. And it will only work on your server offcourse. I can give you this file: You can try to edit this one. Just replace what you dont need. Goodluck |

| i tried again the debug function and it works! thank you Gele! but, can i please also have the file to give it a look? ps= how can i edit scumbag bot to be more powerful, i mean.. he just have a riotgun and he can't take armor. |

Good job. I will upload the file here so you can download it. Unzip the attached file: interface1 goes into: gorerules/interface/client/Menu interface2 goes into: gorerules/interface/client RENAME both files into: interface and make a back-up of your original files first!To edit scumbag, just go to your "monsters" folder located in gorerules. Open the scumbaglevel1 folder and then open with notepad scumbaglevel1.god. There you can change stuff. You can also make new bots... Goodluck! - Attachments

| i forgot to say that i reinstalled Gore because i have maked a mess, so now i don't have scumbag (the one that i created) anymore, does it give problems with the new interface files?? ps= for editing scumbag bot, how can i make armor associated with game mode (no armor in DM, all armor in TACT)??? |

To edit scumbag, just open your scumbag.god file. you will see: weapons and armor @ spawn tact, ctf, dm just edit it It's very easy to mod these files. |

| i tried to mod scumbaglevel2 because with level1 i tried to make armor allowable but he doesn't pick it up, the only problem it's that i can't pick up head armor with scumbaglevel2 |

| there is a line in your scumbaglevel2.god file called: allowed armor: fill in here what armor he can take. |

| @ spawn default is for DeathMatch, but you need to give it ammo... |

| your scumbaglevel1 and level2 godfiles are f"cked up.... and also skeletonlevel 1 and level 2 That's why it don't work.
Big chance that your server will crash now.... |

| no more problems with scumbag (i've had forgot a brace in the god file). also, i still can't manage how to place other weapons in the inventory (there is pistol but it doesn't have ammo in the begin). and also, why scumbag does less damage than the others? |

| you need to add ammo to your scumbaglevel1 file..
ammo_count="number weaponslot,amount of ammo" do this for every weapon you want to add
ex. ammo_count="6,150" ammo_count="4,300"
Just have a look at your other godfile: assassin.god. See how they did it there?
damage scumbag has something to do with: offensive_damage_adj= damage= encumbrance=
