Except when I tried to submit this it told me "The length of the title for this topic must be ranging between 10 and 255 characters" wtf?

I have made my preference of language English in my profile yet I see all the statistics in Russian?! Under my avatar where it says "joined date" and "posts" it is Russian.

should be fixed now.
